160 Union Street (Fallkill Property) | Poughkeepsie: This landmark 4-story brick building is one of the first structures you see as you enter Poughkeepsie across the Mid-Hudson Bridge. Initially renovated in 1988 as a single-user Class A office building and again renovated in 2002 for its use as a City of Poughkeepsie school building. The top two floors and rooftop offer some of the nicest views of the Hudson River and Mid-Hudson Bridge in the area. The building was sold in 2019 for $1.3 million with the intention of converting to a mixed-use apartment building.
